All materials must be removed by 2:00 PM
Vendor Load-In
All vendors must use the Loading Dock on the north side of the building
Unload Materials
Arrive at the Loading Dock on the north side of the building and unload your materials.
Park Your Vehicle
After unloading, move your vehicle to the designated parking area.
Return to Loading Dock
Walk back to the loading dock to collect your materials.
Proceed to Grand Ballroom
Take your materials through the loading dock entrance to the Second Floor Grand Ballroom.
Important
No carts or wagons are allowed through casino entrances. Only loading dock access is permitted for vendor setup.

A smooth check-in process ensures premium traffic distribution
Register First
Please check in at the registration table upon arrival. Our team will greet you and verify your participation details.
Guided Placement
Our team will direct you to your assigned table. No self-placement is permitted to ensure optimal visitor flow.

Electricity
If electricity was requested during your registration, your table will be placed near an outlet for convenient access.
Please bring your own extension cords if needed.
